Dramatic Recreation
I’ve been bombing a lot when it’s not in person, so I’m not even going to attempt to be funny here. But you know what I mean, right? It’s like, when people can see me, it just sells the joke, or whatever, because I can make people uncomfortable, or I can really sell the sarcasm, or something. It’s weird, too, because I spend more time than ever before writing stuff, just hammering it out everyday. I mean, I know it’s bullshit to say, “My comedy has just gotten more physical,” but maybe it’s getting a little more performance based? I just can’t seem to make these computers laugh anymore.
